Price List

The fee for legal assignments is based on the time required to complete the task, unless otherwise agreed with the client. 

The office’s fee, excluding VAT, is 250.00–300.00 euros per hour. VAT is added to this amount, making the fee with VAT included 313.75–376.50 euros per hour. The hourly rate depends on the nature of the assignment and is always agreed upon individually when the assignment is accepted. 

Fees are charged in 15-minute increments, with billing occurring for each starting 15-minute period. Please note that travel time is also fully billed, unless otherwise agreed with the client. 

In addition to the fee, the office invoices the client for any direct costs incurred, such as document acquisition costs and fees charged by authorities. 

The office typically invoices once per month. We are open to discussing a longer billing period and payment terms if needed. 

During the assignment, we are happy to provide information on the amount of outstanding fees and a breakdown of actions taken and the time spent on them. 

We are also pleased to assist in determining whether the client may be eligible for reimbursement of the office’s invoice through legal expenses insurance. However, we wish to emphasize that the terms of legal expenses insurance are a matter between the insurer and the policyholder, and the insurance terms do not limit the office’s right to invoice the agreed fee from the client according to the agreed amount and schedule. 

For the sake of clarity, we wish to inform that the office does not handle legal aid cases.
